Reid got to experience some of daddy's work and mommy's work a few weeks ago.

When we told him we were going to "daddy's party," he insisted we were going to daddy's birthday party.  He was likely expecting juice, cake & ice cream, but instead he got this:

Delta Crawfish Boil

We were both shocked at 1) how much he liked the mudbugs and 2) how much he ate!

In the car on the way home, he said "Mommy, my tummy hurts.  I need to go to the doctor." I just knew we were going to have a vomit-y mess in my back seat, but the sweet boy forged through it, and we made it home vomit-free.

Here's my new Region Manager, Natasha, with the boys.  We've worked together since she started with STERIS in January of 2000.
Every year at STERIS' National Sales Meeting, they highlight some of the BIG WINS from across the country.  Walnut Hill Medical Center will be one of them this year.

Everyone on my team agreed that we needed a photo worthy of the year - ONE BIG work win and TWO BIG baby wins in 2013!

The headline on our photos will be:  Babies need new shoes!
Reid just kept saying, "These are your lights, mommy? These are your lights?"  He also loved the "robot" in the room.  He had a moment of hesitation as we walked in the OR, but he got over it quickly.  Then he was just fascinated by it all.
 "Working" like daddy.
 Bonus shot: sporting a mohawk.

Jennie & Michael's Wedding

What would make mommy spend her FIRST overnight away since the babies were born? Only something as special as our dear friend, Jennie's, wedding day, of course!

And to think it only took 10 months.  I'd say (and I think daddy would say) that it was about time!

Huge thanks to Grandma JoJo & Grandpa Kim for manning the troops while we were away.  We could rest easy knowing our sweet babes were in such great hands!

Beautiful, private, family-oriented chapel ceremony.  Pure love.

Dallas Moms Blog - Photo A Day

During the month of March, Dallas Moms Blog & City Moms Blog Network hosted a "Photo A Day" challenge on Instagram.

Although some of the hashtags were a bit tough to come up with, I captured one for every day of the month, so I thought I'd share.

Not sure whose #texture is softer - baby's or blanket's.

These #sweet boys enjoy the stroller much more than their big brother did.

Sad to think I'm going to have to start covering up these cute toes soon, but these adorable (light up!) Puma #shoes make it a little easier.

3/26 #open

This curious little guy loves to #open and close cabinet drawers.  I see some squished fingers in our future.

3/27 #path

As a mom to 3 of God's most amazing gifts, I couldn't be happier with the #path my wedding dress is taking.  Through tears of both sorrow (for the lost lives) and joy (for the bit of comfort it might bring the parents), I donated my dress to Angel Gowns (NICU Helping Hands) today - an organization that repurposes wedding gowns for babies who don't make it home from the hospital.

3/28 #car

3/31 #ring

The tulips decided to #ring in the new month with a few blooms.
