LHENA Easter Egg Hunt

Our Lake Highlands Estates Neighborhood Association (LHENA) hosted their annual Easter Egg Hunt down the street at Wallace Elementary (the boys' future elementary school).  
It was a little more work this year with two extra littles along for the ride, but thankfully we had two extra sets of hands with us.
As usual, the Easter egg hunt was the highlight of our big guy's day!

We rarely get all five of us in a photo, so I'm sharing this one even though it's a little washed out.

 And they're off! For the record, there was an egg hunting section for 1-2 year olds, but Reid hunted with the 3-6 year olds.  To say he "held his own" is an understatement!

Dallas Moms Blog - Easter Egg Hunt

On Saturday April 5th (yes, April 5th - who knew Easter was 3 weeks long!?!), we kicked off the Easter holiday with an egg hunt and bunny-spotting with my wonderful Dallas Moms Blog crew.

I knew he'd enjoy it, but I had no idea how much.  Reid had SO much fun, and he looooved the Easter bunny!

Kristi & Steven's Wedding

We made the short {long!} road trip to San Antonio to celebrate Kristi & Steven's wedding day.  

All in all, the boys handled the car ride, crazy schedule & hotel living fairly well.  Thank goodness for grandparents!
