Skeeter's Class at LHCCEC

Although we will always have a special place in our hearts for Reid's first teachers at LHCCEC - Ms. Cece and Ms. Ebony - in the Cricket's Class, on Monday, January 6th, Reid was "promoted" to the Skeeter's Class (older 2s/younger 3s) at Lake Highlands Christian Child Enrichment Center.
His new teachers are Ms. Marshell and Ms. Coco.  
Most of my involvement thus far has been with Ms. Marshell, and she is simply wonderful!  She's always so cheerful and truly genuine in her love and care for the kiddos.  Even though I've only met Ms. Coco a few times, I've heard through the grapevine that Reid has already taken an extra special liking to her.  Evidently, he often has a seat "reserved" in her lap during circle time.  
Unlike his other transitions from one class to the next, this one is truly a promotion. 
Why, you ask?  
Because our little warrior is officially POTTY TRAINED!   
Way to go, Reid!

Uncle Travis' Birthday

 Jack is SO excited to have big brother in his crib!

 Reid's "taking care of" the twin-littles' lovies for them, but they don't appear to be too pleased with his babysitting skills.

 Of the three boys, I think Hudson finally found one that will be his play mate.  Jack loves Hudson!  Whenever H is in the vicinity, Jack reaches out for him.

New Year's Day

On New Year's Day, we had our first annual Muffins & Mimosas with the Meierhofer family. 

Since we are all so busy in December, we used this day for our Christmas gift exchange and more importantly as a time for our families to visit and catch up on life before another busy year begins to unfold.

As one might imagine, our little family of five {err, seven - sorry Halley & Hudson!} stayed bundled and snuggled up together to celebrate New Year's Eve.

We had much to be thankful for in 2013, and we have high hopes & aspirations for a wonderful 2014!

Happy Seven Months, Twin-Littles!

In the spirit of "getting caught up" {I'm a little less than a month behind now!}, I'm going to simply post some of my favorite shots from the twin-littles' 7 month photo shoot.
