December's Highlight Reel

In the history of Decembers, has there ever been one that wasn't {over} packed full? Not for this family! So get your scroll finger ready because I'm about to vomit December all over the place!

Mimi came to visit, and she held down the fort while mom and dad went to dad's company Christmas party.

Westin Dallas Downtown
Let's just say this year's party turned out MUCH better than last year's (with the elevator debacle). This old couple had SO much fun!
The sweet Galleria Santa will always be our favorite! Not only because he's a rather fine looking fellow (if you ask me!) but also because there is rarely (if ever) a line to wait in. In fact, this year, there was no one, I repeat, no one in front of us. The boys walked right up and jumped in his lap. This marks our first year with NO tears!

We even had time to grab dinner....
and shoe shop for mama! A practically perfect Santa trip in every way!
Pre- Christmas Program pose for their teacher, Ms. KeKe.
LHCCEC Christmas Program
(Hunter is in the navy sweater and Jack is in the burgundy/navy stripes)
This marks the first program that Jack actually participated (as opposed to sitting on stage pretending that he is shy....ha!).

 Reid and sweet Riley

Cousin Jacob's 3rd birthday party couldn't have been more festive and fun!

There were even some very special guests.

What better way to get in gear for the arrival of Santa but with a train ride on the North Pole Express!

Hunter didn't seem to be a lover of the "snow."
But Reid on the other hand....

The "baby" in the family isn't such a baby anymore!
Big brother's all grown up too!
Closing out Christmas Eve with high hopes and dreams for a visit from the big guy!
These are the looks of total and utter Christmas morning distraction!
Santa brought Jack and Hunter leaf blowers...
and he brought Reid a bow and arrow complete with a target and safety goggles (thanks a ton, Santa!).
"Plllllease can we sleep in your bed tonight!?!?! We promise we'll sleep. Look!"
Last picture of these monkeys in 2016.

Happy New Year!
