For several reasons {top 3 being location, location, location}, we recently switched swim schools.
Weekday evenings are already a hectic time...throw in a swim class that is a 20 minute drive from school in the opposite direction of home, and you have yourself a recipe for the ever-dreaded toddler MELTDOWN.
Reid now goes to Dolfin Swim School, and it's right across the street from his school! We've been there for a month now. It was a little rough at the beginning {= lots of crying}, but he seems to have adjusted like a champ.
Aunt Jamye was in town during last week's class, and she was gracious enough to be our photographer. She had to take pictures from the guest waiting area behind a large window, so kudos on a job well done, sis!
Pick a turtle, any turtle
High-fiving Mr. Samer
{possibly the world's best toddler swim instructor ever!}
Showing off his splashing skills
Mr. Samer plays peek-a-boo by bobbing up and down in the water around Big Blue {the big blue float}.
This is Reid's favorite gesture right now.
"Where'd he go?"
The boy decided he'd rather stand
Loves Mr. Duck
Running & jumping off the end
Thanks Aunt Jamye!
