Fortunately, we had one full day post wedding to regroup our little circus and visit with family in an unrushed, unscheduled manner. We were definitely glad we did this, but we were also happy to be headed home.
Three adults and three littles under three in two hotel rooms was an adventure, indeed!
The photo below is blurry, but I wanted to preserve the memory of how we made this all work.
Aunt Lanie was in one room with the twin-littles in her bathroom (thank goodness she got an ADA compliant room - her bathroom was huge!). Jeff and I were in the other room with Reid's crib in the back corner. Since the rooms were adjoining (thank goodness!), everyone who needed to use the potty between the hours of 7:30pm and 7:30am used the one in our room. What did anyone ever do before the advent of noise machines??? :)
