Several friends have said that once their babes learned to roll over and sleep on their bellies (more comfortable side), they began sleeping through the night (or at least sleeping longer stretches of time). I'm happy to report we have a belly sleeper in our midst! He's still waking about every four hours, but I feel like we're on the verge of something great. If we could get him to wake only once during the night, mama would be so thrilled (sleeping through the night would be acceptable too).
As soon as we lay him down on his back to sleep, he rolls first onto his side and eventually onto his belly. The below photo was taken during a recent nap time, so he doesn't have his sleep sack on. Look at that cute, little booty sticking up in the air. Is it just me, or does anyone else think that is just the cutest thing ever?!?!
Recent convo with the hubs:
Hubs: You really like watching that monitor, don't you?
Me: I guess so. Don't you?
Hubs: Not that much!
I guess I might have a little infatuation with our video monitor (or maybe it's with the little booty on the other end of the camera).
